IPTV Troubleshooting Tool – User Guide

This tool helps you fix IPTV access issues when your current link is not working. It generates a new working server using your existing username and password.

What You Need

You must already have an IPTV subscription and a valid M3U link.

Correct M3U format: Example ONLY (do NOT paste this): http://example.com/get.php?username=YOURUSERNAME&password=YOURPASSWORD&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

How to Use the Tool

Step 1: Copy your M3U link

Copy the full M3U link provided by your IPTV service. Make sure it includes your username and password.

Step 2: Paste the M3U link

Paste the link into the input field in the tool. The link must start with http:// or https://.

Step 3: Generate new access

Click the Generate New Access button. The tool will create a new server link automatically.

Step 4: Use the generated details

The access details are copied automatically. Paste them into your IPTV app such as:

  • IPTV Smarters
  • TiviMate
  • XCIPTV
  • Any Xtream Codes app

If the Link Does Not Work

If channels do not load or show an error:

  • Click Generate New Access again
  • A different server will be generated
  • You can repeat this as many times as needed

Common Errors and Fixes

Error: Invalid URL format

Cause: The pasted link is incomplete or not a valid URL.

Fix: Paste the full M3U link starting with http:// or https://

Error: Username or password missing

Cause: The link does not contain username or password.

Fix: Please check your M3U link letter by letter. If one letter is missing or added, it will not work.

Channels load but do not play

Cause: Server blocked or overloaded.

Fix: Generate new access again until it works.

Login failed in IPTV app

Cause: Server issue or cached data.

Fix:

  • Generate new access
  • Re-enter details manually
  • Restart the IPTV app
  • Restart your device

Important Notes

  • This tool does not change your subscription
  • Your username and password stay the same
  • Only the server changes
  • You can safely generate multiple times
